US and Chinese Presidents Talk Cybersecurity

I understand that President Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping are discussing cybersecurity in their summit at Rancho Mirage, California.  What I wonder, though, is whether President Obama is complaining to President Xi about Chinese hacking of US computers – or asking him how to spy on US citizens better. 

Alternatively, if the President wants to save money, maybe he could outsource his data collection program to the Chinese.  They’re probably already doing most of it anyway.  Whatever extra they have to do, shouldn’t cost that much.
